Smrithi Rekha Adinarayanan is a Co-Founder of Anaadi Foundation and a member of the Gurukulam Consortium. With a rich experience in teaching and research, she has inspired several teachers and students through her insights on the teaching and learning process. Smrithi has an MS in Information Systems from the University at Buffalo, USA and Amrita University and a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science and Engineering from Arulmigu Kalasalingam College of Engineering. Before moving to Amrita, she was with Infosys Technologies, Bangalore. She was formerly an Edtech and Cognitive Science researcher at CREATE Labs and a Faculty member of the CSE Department at Amrita University. In 2015, she was at the University of LAquila, Italy as a Visiting Professor. Smrithi is a regular practitioner of Yoga and a technology enthusiast. She blends meditation, technology, humor, and stories in all her sessions. She devotes her energies in designing the various initiatives and programs of Anaadi Foundation. Anaadi Foundation is a social organization dedicated to self-unfoldment. Education, Culture, and Well-being are the three focus areas of Anaadi Foundation. Joy of Learning and Joy of Teaching are immersive teaching-learning programs offered in schools and colleges. Summer and Winter retreat and sojourns are experiential programs designed for self-reflection and deeper understanding of life based on Indian philosophy and principles. Smrithi is the Co-Founder of Anaadi Foundation and the Editor and Author of Parnika Magazine, the monthly magazine of Anaadi Foundation. With 16.61 years of relevant experience, Smrithi is a Research Scientist and a Steering Committee Member of Gurukulam. Her Tech Stack includes Edtech and Cognitive Science.
